Empowering girls to lead with confidence, purpose, and resilience.

ABOUT C.R.O.W.N.

C.R.O.W.N. is the youth empowerment pillar of Asenath 3's Compassion of Care Initiative. Designed for girls ages 10–18, the program provides mentorship, leadership development, life skills education, and positive community connections that help participants discover their strengths and reach their full potential.

Through supportive relationships and meaningful learning experiences, participants gain the confidence, knowledge, and skills needed to navigate challenges, pursue goals, and become leaders within their schools, families, and communities.

PROGRAM ELEMENTS

MENTORSHIP

Participants are matched with caring mentors who provide encouragement, guidance, accountability, and support.

Workshops and activities help girls strengthen communication skills, decision-making abilities, self-confidence, and leadership capacity.

LIFE SKILLS EDUCATION

Participants engage in discussions and learning opportunities focused on personal growth, healthy relationships, goal setting, emotional wellness, and future success.

WHY IT MATTERS

Young people need safe spaces, positive role models, and opportunities to develop the confidence and skills necessary for success. C.R.O.W.N. helps girls recognize their value, build resilience, and become empowered leaders who positively impact their communities.
