ABOUT THE C.R.O.W.N. PILLAR

C.R.O.W.N. is the youth empowerment pillar of Asenath 3's Compassion of Care Initiative (COCI). This program is designed to inspire, guide, and uplift girls from 10 - 18 through mentorship, confidence building, etiquette classes, leadership training, and community engagement opportunities that foster both personal and spiritual growth.
Led by the members of Asenath 3 and Tsela 1, C.R.O.W.N. creates safe spaces for girls to discover their voice, build self-confidence, and learn the value of service. Participants grow into leaders who embody compassion, grace, and purpose and are ready to make a lasting impact in their communities.

Elements
C.R.O.W.N. MENTORING PROGRAM
Creating Radiance & Opportunity with Nobility
MENTORSHIP & WORKSHOPS 
Monthly sessions focusing on leadership, communication, self-esteem, and sisterhood.
COMMUNITY SERVICE & OUTREACH
Participants volunteer with Asenath and Tsela members on projects such as Catwalk for a Cure and visits to support children and families facing cancer.
END OF YEAR PAGEANT
A celebration of growth, confidence, and unity where participants showcase what they've learned and are recognized for their achievements.
