Asenath 3 is teaming up with Rachel Chapter 30 to host a fun and relaxing Mommy + Me Yoga session! Join us on Sunday, May 18th from 12–1 PM at 514 Donald Ave, Goodlettsville, TN for a yoga class designed especially for moms and their kids—whether they’re 9 or 99! Bring your own mat and come flow with us. A minimum $5 donation is encouraged, with 50% of proceeds supporting Joseph’s Dreamers.
