About the event
Life gets busy, and it's easy to miss the little moments. Little Stars Family Flow is a monthly opportunity for children and their caregivers to slow down, move together, laugh together, and simply enjoy each other's company. Through playful yoga, breathing exercises, mindfulness, and interactive activities, families can strengthen their bond while building healthy habits that support both physical and emotional well-being. Everyone is welcome, regardless of age or experience—just come ready to move, connect, and have fun together.
